Our productive services include translation, localization and terminology management. These processes are so closely inter-related they can scarcely be viewed as separate entities. Translation is essentially re-coding content into the language system of the addressee. However, a successful addressee-oriented translation should always be formulated and perceived in harmony with the target culture. This inter-cultural dimension to translation is known as "localization". Translation and localization rely upon methodically accurate and structured terminology. At the same time, translation results validated by you are fed back into the ongoing terminology management process. The latter must be stringently documented and protected as part of your corporate identity, for differentiation from the language of your competitors and for standardizing your product communication.
These services are targeted, on the one hand, towards a certain volume of language content and, on the other hand, towards creating superior quality and maximizing value. This can make it difficult to quantify the relevant level of service. As Albert Einstein put it:
